The water for brewing hand-rolled Jasmine Dragon Pearl green tea should not higher than 90°C due to the tender tea leaves. Apply 1 bag to a ceramic teapot, add full teapot of hot water and brew for 1 minute. These jasmine and green tea can generally be brewed for up to 4 times, with a lasting jasmine aroma.
The best jasmines are produced in the Chinese province of Fujian. The jasmine plants are grown at high elevations in the mountains in the east and north part of the province. When making jasmine, the leaves are carefully layered with fresh blooms, which will open and release their scents to the tea.
